All products sold by OpenLabs are intended and sold For Research Use Only. The products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They have not been approved or evaluated by any regulatory authority for safety or efficacy in humans or animals.

The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site constitutes medical, clinical, or veterinary advice. By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and accept the Research Use Only nature of the products and agree to use them only for lawful in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals.

4. Product Information and No Guarantee of Fitness

5. Certificates of Analysis

Certificates of Analysis (COA) and analytical testing data are available for select lots, not for every batch, lot, or order. Where a COA is available, it reflects analysis of a specific lot and is provided for informational research purposes only.

A COA describes the analyzed lot as tested and does not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the stated specifications. To request a COA for a specific lot where one is available, contact us at openlabsus@gmail.com.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we are unable to verify eligibility, where we suspect misuse, or where a product is unavailable or mispriced.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is accepted. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and fees unless otherwise stated.

Checkout and payment are powered by Shopify, including Shop Pay and major credit and debit cards, in a PCI-compliant environment. Customer accounts are provided through the Shopify Customer Account API. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Your use of Shopify services is also subject to Shopify's applicable terms and policies.

7. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Orders ship from the United States. Certain products ship cold-chain, and you are responsible for being prepared to receive, inspect, and properly store such products promptly on delivery.

Estimated processing and transit times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to you when the products are delivered to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any costs arising from incorrect addresses or failed or refused deliveries.

8. Returns

• Access the site through unauthorized means, or use it to harm, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users.

10. Compliance, Import, and Export

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, receipt, possession, handling, and use of the products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and institutional rules in your jurisdiction, including any applicable import and export controls.

You assume all responsibility and liability for any unlawful or non-conforming use of the products. OpenLabs is not responsible for your failure to obtain any required authorization or for any use that violates applicable law or institutional policy.
